Trial & Purchase

• 3-day free trial with all premium features - no account or payment info needed to start.
• Purchases & subscriptions are handled securely through Apple.
• To unlock premium, tap “Unlock” in-app and follow the App Store prompts.
• Restore Purchases: In-app, go to Settings - Manage Purchase - Restore Purchase. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need to create an account? No. FocusFind works without accounts or personal data collection.
• How can I reset the app to default settings? Simply reinstall FocusFind to clear all local preferences - no account login is required.
• How do I restore my purchase? In-app, tap Settings - Manage Purchase - Restore Purchase and confirm you’re using the same Apple ID used for purchase.

FocusFind Privacy Policy

Introduction

FocusFind (“we”, “our”, or “us”) does not collect any personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app processes, why, and how you can contact us.

Information We Collect

Local Usage Data

• Search History: Your past search queries and the app you searched in, stored locally in your device’s UserDefaults.
• Usage Counts: A count of how many times you’ve searched each app, stored locally.
• Trial Start Date: The date your free trial began, stored in Keychain and synchronized via your iCloud key–value store.

No personal identifiers (name, email, device IDFA, location, contacts, etc.) are collected or transmitted.

Use of Data

• We use your local search history and usage counts solely to power in-app features like “Frequently Used Apps” and “Search History.”
• Trial start dates are used to enforce the free trial period and are synchronized across your own devices via iCloud.

Data Sharing

• We do not share any of your data with third parties.
• Data stored in your iCloud key-value store remains under your Apple ID and is not accessible to anyone else.

Third-Party Services

• Currently, FocusFind does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
• If we add services (e.g., Google Analytics/Firebase) in the future, we will update this policy to disclose exactly what data is collected and why.

Data Retention

• All data (search history, usage counts, trial date) remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account until you delete the app or clear it within the app’s Settings.

Security

• We use Apple Keychain to securely store your trial start date.
• Data in transit to iCloud is encrypted by Apple.

Children’s Privacy

• FocusFind is rated 4+ and may be downloaded by users of any age, but we do not target or market our app specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted when you open the app.
